We are so afraid to make mistakes. We’re under constant pressure to do everything right, and if we don't, we end up beating ourselves for it.
I came across the above article in a Forbes magazine and couldn't help thinking about this powerful idea of a Museum of Failure.
We tend to get embrassed while talking about the mistakes we’ve made but we’re not alone (mankind is forever afraid of “being alone”). Everyone makes mistakes and the Museum of Failure has a collection of unsuccessful products and services just to show how normal it is to fail. Failure in the spotlight!
We have to accept failure to be able to move on. Don’t be ashamed. Stand up to your failures, because without them, there is no scope for improvement.
